A large kitchen with aircon seating 12, a grand living room with a dining table also seating 12, a terrace with stunning views of the area, a large entrance/ hallway and 4 bathrooms gives you plenty of space to enjoy. There is AC and fans in all bedrooms.
There is also an outdoor poolside kitchen with dishwasher and barbecue. The house and pool area has wifi through fiber.
SON RIERA offers a living space of 500m2 and is situated on a 200.000m2 large plot. The plot covers half a mountain and has olive and almond trees in hundreds. The house was once a large olive farm with its own olive mill. The mill now serves as a historic center piece of the house but every year olives are still handpicked and a high grade extra virgen olive oil is made.
Finca Son Riera is located just outside Caimari on the small road to Binibona. The nearby villages are Caimari, Binibona, Moscari, Campanet and Selva.

A very large flat pool area with an outdoor kitchen and large living spaces make it a very social finca. Several outdoor dining spots - sit by the pool and the barbecue, close to the almond trees or on the terrace with views to the bay of Alcudia.
