Q.     What are the distances to shops, airport etc?


  • 1500 meters from the village Caimari with restaurants, small grocery store, two cafes, pharmacy and a bar
  • 700 meters from Binibona where there are two hotel restaurants
  • 2,5 km from the village of Selva with several nice restaurants (Miceli, Selvatge, Es Forn etc.), grocery store, pharmacy, bakeries etc.
  • 6 km away from the city Inca with lots of shopping, supermarkets, restaurants and bars
  • 25 minutes away from the sandy beaches in Alcudia and Pollensa
  • 20 minutes away from the golf course in Pollensa
  • 30 minutes from Palma
  • 40 minutes from the airport


Q.     What are the payment conditions and cancellation policy?


When booking you will receive a contract with payment terms and cancellation policy cleary specified.


PAYMENT CONDITIONS.

The booking will be confirmed once the 30% of the rental has been transferred (deposit).

The 70% remaining is payable by bank transfer 90 days before arrival.


CANCELLATION CONDITIONS.

If you need to cancel we always try to make the best out of it - if we have other requests we will always give you a full refund. However, that can be difficult as bookings are generally made 15-9 months in advance. 

For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival we offer a refund of 35% of the total amount. 


Q.     What amenities are there?


  • Wifi through fiber in the whole house including pool area
  • Bedlinen, towels and pool towels
  • Nespresso machine, coffee brewer, coffee percolators, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
  • AC in all bedrooms and the kitchen. The AC does not cool the whole house but gives a nice support.

Q.     Are there many restaurants close by?


Yes, there are several restaurants close to Finca Son Riera. You will find restaurants in Binibona, Caimari, Moscari, and in Selva. Lots to choose from within 3km. Some will require booking in advance and you will be provided a list with all our recommendations and their contact details well before your arrival. Miceli, Selvatge, Es Forn, Can Beneit, Sa Tafona Caimari, Cas Teuler, Ca Na Toneta, Bacán Pizzeria and more.


Q.     What is included in the price?


Bedlinen and towels are of course included but also pool towels are provided. There is always a baby cot and high chair available. For stays over 10 nights we also provide a light cleaning and change of bedlinen and bathroom towels during your stay. When you arrive we make of course sure there is some bottled water, soap, toilet paper etc. to get you started. You can always ask for extra services and we will make sure to provide what you need. 


Q.     We are a cycling group - do you have any storage for our bikes?


Yes, there is an indoor lockable storage for your bikes and there you also find some basic tools.


Q.     Are you the owners of Finca Son Riera?


Yes, we are. We have many years of experience from life on the island. We have a large network and can put you in contact with bike rentals, city hotels, yoga instructors, massage and acupuncture therapists and much more. Just let us know what you are looking for during your stay.


Q.     Anything else I need to know?


Mallorca is beautiful. Just come. You will love the island.


Q.     At Son Riera there are solar panels for which subsidies have been received


Realización de proyecto de instalación fotovoltaica sobre cubierta de nuestras instalaciones con un valor de inversión de  28.134,79 € con el objetivo de reducir el consumo energético i las emisiones de CO2. Se han instalado 9.9kWp de paneles y 14.4kWh de almacenaje, logrando reducir así el consumo energético de la red en un 70%. Éste proyecto ha sido financiado con    el apoyo del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia financiado por la Unión Europea, concretamente el Next Generation EU. Concediéndonos una subvención de 9.883,44€.
